6 Simple Steps to Join
The Willie Green's Organic Farm has incorporated a new system called "Farmigo" which helps us handle all the information associated with running a large CSA, from sign-up to delivery. This will allow us to provide better service to our members. As a member you will have your own password and after a time, you will be able see your account history.
Before you get started on the following steps, you should review your CSA OPTIONS:

In order for you to gain the most from your Willie Green's Organic Farm (WGOF) CSA experience, please read the following document carefully as it outlines the policies that keep our CSA working smoothly for all of our members.
CSA is an exciting alternative to grocery stores. By supporting the farm directly you eliminate the middle man, reduce packaging, lower your carbon footprint, and in exchange, receive nutritious, locally grown organic foods. We do all we can to assure a full and wonderful harvest, but certain things are beyond our control, and may reduce yields, create substitutions, or result in complete losses. If there is a loss, you will be reimbursed for the value of that loss.
WGOF cannot guarantee the delivery of specific crops at specific times in specific quantities. We leverage over twenty-four years of experience in the production of organic vegetables and berries to do the best we can do.
- As a CSA member, I understand it is my responsibility to pick up my weekly share of food from my chosen pickup location during the designated time frame.
- If I cannot pick up my weekly share, I understand that it is my responsibility to choose one of these options:
- Arrange to "OPT-OUT" for the week by noon on Monday before the distribution via email to info@williegreens.org, or by calling (425) 485-4128. By "opting out," my account will not be charged for the value of the weekly share. I also understand that until I receive an email or call confirming my request to "opt out," the opt out process is not complete.
- Make arrangements to have someone pick up my share and check off my name on the sign-in sheet.
- Donate my share
As a CSA member, I understand that if I do not pick up my share within the distribution time frame, it will be donated to an interested party or facility, designated by pickup location host.
- Payments: WGOF CSA uses a web-based software program called Farmigo. With it, CSA members have online access to their own accounts, with the exceptions of changing email addresses or requesting opt outs. You also have an option to pay by check mailed to 14751 North Kelsey Street, Suite 105, PMB 502, Monroe, WA 98272.
- Please note: If you elect to set-up automatic payments in Farmigo (PayPal), it is the member's responsibility to manage this feature in their account. You will be automatically charged whenever your account level reaches $0. WGOF cannot be held responsible for managing this as the member chooses this feature in the membership application online.
- As a CSA member, I agree to pay my account in a timely manner and keep my membership account information up to date.
- WGOF CSA communicates with its members mainly through email and blogging, including our weekly blog that includes share contents, recipes and/or tips for processing and handling of certain food items, farm updates, policy changes, and the like. WGOF CSA does not sell or rent our email list.
- As a CSA member, I understand that it is my responsibility to open and read the emails (including payment notices) so that I stay informed. If my email address or any other contact information changes, I will contact info@williegreens.org or (425) 485-4128.
- I can cancel my membership at any time and I will notify info@williegreens.org or (425) 485-4128 in the event that I must do so.
- As a CSA member, I understand that it is best for WGOF if I can utilize any remaining balance once I realize that I need to cancel, and will apply my best efforts to do so. If a refund is required, I will allow up to 30 days to receive it.
